Hot Tub
The Hot Tub & Fitness Room is open between the hours of 10AM & 10PM. Le Chamois Whistler Hotel ensures that the facilities are maintained to the highest standard. Guests use facilities at their own risk. Although maintenance is scheduled around regularly, occasionally the hot tub may need to be drained and refilled during a guest's stay to ensure that water standards remain high. This maintenance is unavoidable and may result in the hot tub not being available for 24 hours.
Minimum Age Requirement
Guests must be a minimum of 21 years of age to secure a reservation at the Hotel.
Security Deposit
A security deposit by means of a processed and signed credit card pre-authorization is required for each booking prior to occupancy. A security deposit acts as a guarantee against any accrued and/or incidental charges as a result of damage to the property. The security deposit for a 1-2 night stay will be $400. 3 or more nights, an additional $200 per additional night to a maximum of $1000.
Early arrivals and late departures
If your arrival is early in the day and you prefer immediate access to your room, we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the Hotel. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags and make our fitness facilities available for you to freshen up.
Guaranteed reservations and deposits
All guest deposits are held in a trust bank account at HSBC, so you can feel comfortable that your vacation arrangements are in secure hands. In addition, we offer a travel insurance option at the time of booking your reservation to help cover any unforeseen circumstances affecting your travel.
Cancellation policy
A deposit of 30% of accommodation and tax is due at the time of booking to confirm a reservation. The deposit is non-refundable. The balance of full payment will be automatically taken prior to arrival and is non-refundable. The balance due date will be 30, 45 or 90 days depending on period of stay. Please see deposit policy below. For reservations made within 30, 45 or 90 days of arrival, the full balance will be required at the time of reservation and is non-refundable.

All properties are able to accommodate at least one baby cot, for infants.
Equipment Rental
Additional equipment such as high chairs, cribs and other equipment is available for rent. Such equipment must be reserved in advance. Delivery and pick-up charges will apply.
Housekeeping
Your room will be fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival with fresh sheets, towels and amenities. Additionally daily trash and tidies are provided.
No Hidden Charges
Le Chamois Hotel does not have any extra hidden costs. Our accommodation rates include complimentary vacation planning and concierge services. We do not add any extra booking fees or credit card surcharges.
Pets
Pets are not permitted in the hotel under any circumstance. We ask that you leave your pets at home as they will be refused entry.
Non-Smoking
All of our properties are non-smoking. We ask that you respect this rule for the comfort of all guests. A $500 additional housekeeping fee will be imposed for any violation.
Parking
Parking at Le Chamois Hotel is charged @ $15/day, payable by meter in the parkade.
