Pool & Hot Tub

The Pool, Hot Tub & Fitness Room is open between the hours of 10AM & 10PM. Le Chamois Whistler Hotel ensures that the facilities are maintained to the highest standard. Guests use facilities at their own risk. Although maintenance is scheduled around regularly, occasionally the tub or pool may need to be drained and refilled during a guest's stay to ensure that water standards remain high. This maintenance is unavoidable and may result in the hot tub & pool not being available for 24 hours.

Minimum Age Requirement

All renters must be a minimum of 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. The parent or guardian must occupy the property for the duration of the stay. Reservations made under false pretenses may be refused entry or evicted from the property during their stay and will be subject to forfeiture of all payments.

Security Deposit

A security deposit will be required upon arrival. The Guest shall be responsible for payment of the security deposit and all incidental charges incurred during the stay. The security deposit will be at least $200 CAD but no more than $2000 CAD and will depend on the property reserved. The Security Deposit will be held by way of a pre-authorization on a Guest credit card. Guest (s) will be required to sign a credit card authorization slip for the amount of the Security deposit. Cheques will not be accepted. If no charges have been incurred for excess cleaning, property damage or telephone calls, the voucher will be voided approximately four weeks after departure.

Early arrivals and late departures

If your arrival is early in the day and you prefer immediate access to your room, we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the Hotel. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags and make our fitness facilities available for you to freshen up.

Guaranteed reservations and deposits

All guest deposits are held in a trust bank account at HSBC, so you can feel comfortable that your vacation arrangements are in secure hands. In addition, we offer a travel insurance option at the time of booking your reservation to help cover any unforeseen circumstances affecting your travel.

Cancellation policy

A deposit of 30% of accommodation and tax is due at the time of booking to confirm a reservation. The deposit is non-refundable. The balance of full payment will be automatically taken prior to arrival and is non-refundable. The balance due date will be 30, 45 or 90 days depending on period of stay. Please see deposit policy below. For reservations made within 30, 45 or 90 days of arrival, the full balance will be required at the time of reservation and is non-refundable.

Winter Season - November 27, 2008 to April 30, 2009
The balance of your stay is automatically charged 45 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 45 days, full amount is non-refundable.
Festive Season - December 20, 2008 to January 3, 2009
The balance of your stay is automatically charged 60 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 60 days, full amount is non-refundable
Summer Season - May 1, 2009 to November 26, 2009
The balance of your stay is automatically charged 30 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 30 days, full amount is non-refundable.

Extra Person Charges

Rates are based on the designated number of guests for the property. Adults sleeping on a pull out sofa bed in the property or requiring a roll away bed will incur extra charges as follows:


All properties are able to accommodate at least one baby cot, for infants.


Equipment Rental

Additional equipment such as cots, high chairs, cribs and other equipment is available for rent. Such equipment must be reserved in advance. Delivery and pick-up charges will apply.

Housekeeping

Your room will be fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival with fresh sheets, towels and amenities. Additionally daily trash and tidies are provided.

No Hidden Charges

Le Chamois Hotel does not have any extra hidden costs. Our accommodation rates include complimentary vacation planning and concierge services. We do not add any extra booking fees or credit card surcharges.

Pets

Pets are not permitted in the hotel under any circumstance. We ask that you leave your pets at home as they will be refused entry.

Non-Smoking

All of our properties are non-smoking. We ask that you respect this rule for the comfort of all guests. A $500 additional housekeeping fee will be imposed for any violation.
